Shanghai Yipu Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Mutual Technology Co., Ltd. located in Caohejing Emerging Technology Development Zone, Shanghai.，Shanghai iPlant intelligent technology Co.,Ltd is wholly owned by Shanghai iPlant technology Co.,Ltd . Since 2009, We commit to providing manufacturing workshop information management solutions (iPlant), independent research and development production line data acquisition, the operation control and production data traceability. The iPalnt system are widely used in automobiles, electronics and other high-tech manufacture industry by our advanced technology.

The software has been successfully applied to famous company for example: Shanghai Volkswagen, Magna,TRW, Borgwarner, LEAR, DAESUNG electronic , Faurecia, CTSC. We help customers pass through the quality certification and production process inspection, implement the lean management, improve the qualified rate , reduce the loss, improve the enterprise efficiency.

We provide hardwares about intelligence manufacture,for example: Intelligent acquisition terminal, scanner, RFID, industrial control computer, production line server,etc. We can delivery turnkey project for our customer.

2018

In March 2018, the company's Dandelion data collection platform successfully realized the networked collection of more than 200 CNC devices and robots, and the project included new and old devices such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Quanto, KUKA and Nachi. It further enhanced the company's capability in data acquisition.
In October 2018, the cumulative number of production lines implemented by the company worldwide reached 600. iPlant-ACC became one of the few widely validated intelligent manufacturing software worldwide.
In November 2018, the company cooperated with KUKA to build an intelligent production line for Zhengzhou Yutong Bus new energy battery.
In December 2018, the company awarded a number of well-known automation equipment manufacturers - "iPlant Joint Manufacturing Authorized Partner". 2018, our company has trained ACC for a number of customers, and customers who obtained training certification have started to implement ACC system independently.

2017

In February 2017, the company received the first round of financing, Hangzhou GongHu Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and cooperation between industry, academia and research was carried out with Shanghai Jiaotong University.

2016

In July 2016, APS-Agile Plant Solution Co., Ltd, a U.S. subsidiary, was officially established in Virginia to carry out the expansion of its business in the Americas.

2015

2014

In 2014, the company established a global after-sales support center in Caohejing to provide 24-hour service for global customers. In the same year, the company obtained the software enterprise qualification.

2013

In 2013, the company was awarded the title of Shanghai Specialized and New Enterprise. We have also received government funding for innovation.

Since 2013, the company has become the MES software supplier of global major auto parts manufacturers such as TRW/Magna/Borgwarner/LEAR/TAKATA.

2012

In 2012, Shanghai Eppo was established.

2012, the company moved to Caohejing Development Zone.

2012, ACC 1.6 was released.

2012, the company has been an LS supplier since 2012.

Since 2012, the company has become a major supplier of TRW's global traceability system, undertaking software implementation and maintenance for more than 100 production lines worldwide.

2011

In 2011, we signed a service agreement with AeroMechatronics Co., Ltd. for the BMW speed sensor production line project, which was officially put into operation in October of the same year.

In 2011, as the software performance and service were recognized by TRW Global Production Information System Management Center, our products were promoted and applied to TRW factories in Poland and Brazil, starting the foreign expansion and layout of our business.

2010

In October 2010, we formally cooperated with TRW, one of the world's top 500 companies and one of the top 10 global auto parts companies, and signed a software service agreement for production line lean management and traceability system.

2009

In 2009, Shanghai Biang was established.

In 2009, the company was established to develop the interface between PLC and information system, and the first generation of production line traceability system was successfully developed.
